4.5! This book made me smile so wide (and also cry) MZ has once again, done it!

Reread: sticking to 4.5 I think, I love Rhodes and honestly just this whole book so much, love, love, love!!!!

This woman's books are like crack. I've reread most of them at least a couple times over the past 5 years, and I am in a code 3 serotonin deficit so best believe that I will be rereading more in the immediate future.

3.5 stars. Enjoyable plot, I liked the setting, just a little annoying being in the main character's head. She was excessively chatty. Also, why did Mr protective game warden not insist on a rabies shot after there was a bat in her bedroom multiple times. I was unreasonably bothered by this the entire book

Bland, oblivious and immature FMC and straight up rude MMC. Boring and too long.

My first Mariana Zapata book and will definitely be reading more! I enjoyed the slow burn and overall pacing of the book, but Rhodes calling Aurora 'buddy' was so odd to me. That aside, cute read!
