This was such a solid sequel! Literally flew through this. Karen M. McManus’s writing makes it so easy to visualise everything and her characters are so fleshed out. I guessed the plot twist at the end, but it was still an amazing read! Loved the fact that the characters from the first book also appeared quite often; the new characters were also quite loveable too! I just wish the ending wasn’t so abrupt - perhaps a sequel is in the works? Anyway, 10/10 would recommend this if you’ve read the first book - no second book syndrome here at all!

I was honestly so hesitant on picking this up since One of Us is Lying is an all time favourite but Karen McManus is a true master at her craft of writing and mystery’s. I was left on the edge of my seat the whole time and that ending literally had me deceased. Incredible!

Great
It’s a great sequel but could stand on its own. I love the characters. Always a fan of a book that gives updates on previous characters but is its own story. Did not see the last 3 pages coming, total surprise l. Would so read again.

That was a cliffhanger. I don't know if I need a third book, but that was definitely a cliff hanger. What 8 realize when I read this is the fact that our main characters aren't YA tropes. Also, I keep becoming blind to these mysteries. They're so good yet probably obvious but the story keeps sidetracking me to actually find out who's the culprit/s. Also,, I am so in love with the Bronwyn x Nate content, I needed those. Overall, I love this book, but perhaps the previous one brought me more on edge that this did.
