Another installment from the Alibi novella collection, but this one just didn’t do it for me. The twist was predictable, the pacing dragged, and I couldn’t connect with any of the characters (which made it hard to stay invested). I really only stuck with it because it was so short. Not much more to say—but I’m committed to finishing the full collection, so I’ll be picking up the next one soon.
