No reluctance anywhere

You know what is truly great about this series? All the men are honorable and sincere, and the women are honorable and willing. There’s no forced consent, no other woman drama, no degradation, no regular peens… And all of that adds up to some sweet, wholesome stories that work to build a better world for these characters. I love them as a palate cleanser from the sort of monster/alien romances that are so prevalent in the genre.

3.5 stars rounded up. I mainly read this series as a casual one, one that I read on my phone when I do not feel like reading my main book. I actually really liked this book! Their first meeting was so cute, and they were cute in general.

Luana is very responsible to the point where she would do almost anything for her village. She's lucky fr Dakas is her mate that's why it was easier to strike the deal hehe.

I also agreed with Dakas when he said not to save the yurus' leader, Luana is naive sometimes and forgot what he did to her people. But it's ok I enjoyed it!

So I actually started I Married A Birdman right after I finished I Married A Naga because I love this series so much and I just wanted more of it. However, after reading it for awhile, I got restless for some reason. I don’t know why because I was enjoying Dakas and Luana’s story, but I’ve just been like this this whole year. I always intended to go back though and I thought now was the right time. I was easily able to finish it this go around and I loved it so much! I think it might be new favorite because the Zelconians and all that they do is just so fascinating, I loved being a part of their world! I Married A Birdman was excellent and I can’t wait to read the next book!

I don’t think Birdmen are for me but I’m still such a huge fan of Abel’s writing style and world building.

I enjoyed!

The main couple liked each other, worked together and got along. It’s a nice romance. I adored his open burn are to making the marriage work even if it’s arranged and even if the are soulmates they take the time to get to know each other.

I’m like this series.
