The mission sends a message that someone who is looking for Catherine, who was abandoned there a year ago. Sarah and Maeve (thank goodness for Maeve and her street smarts) meet someone who claims to be Catherine's nursemaid whose been charged with bringing the child back to her mother. Of course, Sarah calls on Malloy to investigate and they're pulled into a world of privilege, adultery, and wealth. The mystery of Catherine and where she came from has been brewing since book 5 and 10 books later it's finally resolved! I always love whenever Sarah's parents are featured in a story. The Decker family dynamic has been evolving since we first met them and I'm happy to see that it's gotten to such a comfortable point.
Now that they're finally engaged,
I'm excited to see what's going to happen to Sarah and Frank in the next book!
