when she said slowburn romance she meant SLOWburn (can you tell I feel cheated by the mere crumbs I was fed??? CAN YOU??). the worldbuilding was decent, the plot dragged on at times, but they were both good for the most part. the dialogue on the other hand. . . quite on the nose and cliche during dramatic scenesโ it just really irked me and took me out of the story. but I have high hopes for the rest of the series, fingers crossed !!
This was such a fun, fast paced story! The setting was unique and the world built with such detail. All the characters felt so well thought out and the banter was so good! Hooked and ready for book two to be published!!!

This has potential. Not necessarily what I was looking for at the moment, but was captivating enough. Had a โAtlantisโ feeling for me, you know, with putting a crew together and trying to find some missing population. It was very plot heavy, no spice, and at times too plot heavy for me with unnecessary details that made the story even more difficult to understand. FMC and MMC were both annoying in the beginning, but they redeemed themselves. The ending was rather questionable ๐คจ

Menurutku world building nya aga rumit di awal2. Di sini diceritain mereka bukan lagi di bumi dan ada bnyak nama sebutan negara yg ga familiar.
But be patient! Walau aku butuh 100 halaman untuk bisa masuk ke tatanan dunianya tp itu sungguh WORTH IT!
Pas udah masuk ke petualangan mereka tuh seru abis. Karakter development dari 5 karakter tuh kerasa.
Dan hebatnya porsi dari ke 5 orang itu bisa pas di buku ini
Untuk romance masih tipiiiisss hampir ga kerasa. Jd klo kamu suka romance tipis, pasti suka deh
Sisi berbahaya dr cerita perjalanannya juga cukup sukses buatku ngerutin alis sambil deg2 an
Sayangnya aku belum nemu ciri khas khusus author di buku ini. Walau world buildingnya cukup rumit tp masih kental bgt sama dunia rogue one. Seandainya aja author akhirnya punya ciri khusus untuk bukunya, pasti bisa lebih bagus lagi ๐

4.10 // Interesting read. I liked the atmosphere of the book and I found the characters to be really likeable. The politics and world building were a little confusing, but Iโll definitely be reading book 2.
