Less funky pacing issues that I had with the first book.
I can’t believe she actually killed the Comezar(?). That was wild. From the scene where she’s says her last remembrances to the end of the novel was crazy.
It’s nothing super complicated but a fun ya read. There were times Lia’a character got a little irritated but classic to the YA girl/women main characters.
