 i kept thinking: where do we put our grief?

when you’re young and you have all these big, deep, intense emotions, it can’t help but overflow from your young body. though I did not grow very attached to holden, i felt like i just understood him. my most favorite parts were his moments with phoebe. this was definitely an experience.

Honestly, I went into this not knowing what to expect at all.
I really enjoyed the voice is most of what I can say. It's a great book that I don't really know how to comment on.

The last chapter, especially the last few pages, actually made me very emotional. So, kudos to Salinger I suppose!
