Tina Fey cracks me up. :) I love her sarcasm and snarky tongue-in-cheek humor. Her language is a bit crude sometimes, and the swearing might put some people off, but she makes me laugh. I loved reading about her journey to where she is today, both of her childhood and of the behind-the-scenes world of tv shows.

I think this suffered slightly from my very high expectations. The writing is clever, conversational, and very funny, but the "story" as it were is very disjointed. Still, Fey is brilliant as usual and does a wonderful job conveying an important message about the need for women to be treated equally in comedy and everywhere else.

3.5 stars. Amusing audio book, not very deep and some parts were kind of weird and seemed disjointed

I am a fan of Tina Fey and this audiobook only raised my admiration for her. She is down to earth, telling tales from her childhood of her awkward youth, her father's ways. I feel like we would have been friends. She doesn't paint her self in a good light from the many jobs she lost or didn't get at all. Her tongue and cheek humor doesn't fail her at all. I totally recommend the audio version since she narrates it herself.
