Push yourself to do one more set. One extra something. The rest of the book is a repeat of things he has said before.

The beginning chapters where the best in my opinion. Towards the later chapters, I started to lose interest but only because the topics didn't hold much relevance to me. Otherwise a great book that I will most likely be rereading in the near future.

Not sure I got much out of this book. It gets repetitive quickly and sometimes feels like a brag book for him. Also there was some misogyny when talking about how an average looking guy can end up with a beautiful woman by employing the power of one more, as if either person is completely defined by looks. He lost me with that.

Anyone reading it will benefit from it. There are lots of beautiful, wise, insightful chapters, examples.
