This was an odd one, but I mostly appreciated it for the chance to get to know Ian's character a little better.
Interesting. I do not think this is my cup of tea. I will avoid her other books, though I have been told from a historical perspective it is all about the Fraser Clan, which I am part of since birth.
The book was too raunchy for my taste. I thought it might be, but am glad I could confirm with a novella instead of an full book.

After reading several books in the Outlander series, I had become curious to know a younger Jamie and of his experiences. It was nice to be able to get a peek into his days with Ian, as I know their times together are often referenced. The story was fine--certainly a much easier read than the Outlander novels--but I do not feel that I gained anything by reading it. I could easily have skipped reading this and would not feel as though I missed out on anything.

It's a short story that looks into the brotherly bond between the characters Jamie and Ian. If you are an established Outlander fan, then you will see the importance of it. If not, then it may be better just to skip it and come back to it later on like I did.
Kokemattomat ja Katoavainen vihreä olivat ihan mielenkiintoisia tarinoita. Viimeinen kertomus Saarrettu oli aika tylsä, niin kuin useimmat muutkin John Greystä kertovat kertomukset. Mielestäni katkelma Muukalainen romaanista oli hiukan turha tässä kokoelmassa. Mieluummin olisin halunnut vain uutta materiaalia.
