Historical finance bro's and the truth from women. If i had been reading and not listening to this book there is a strong chance i would have DNF'd. Alot of men talking boring jargon and prideful boasting at the start then the last part brings it all together calling into quesrion the accuracy of history vs herstory, making it more interesting and easier to finish

really liked the four separate sections (all in-universe too! no omnipresent narrator to rely on) and the little sentence fragments in both andrew bevel’s unfinished outline and mildred bevel’s journal entries
