When I saw that the publisher specifically asked reviewers to not spoil anything… I knew I had to read this book!

Without giving anything away, its the perfect book for mystery/crime lovers and those that enjoy books that bend genres. The twists were wild and the ending was a little over my head but it was so fun trying to guess what was going on! I got a little bored in the middle but the ending left me completely speechless. I'm so excited for this book to come out so that I can talk to more people about it!

A fantastic book that defies categorization. Is it a thriller only, or is it sci-fi? Is it a mystery, or fiction about time, grief and love that never dies?

What a fascinating book! It wasn't what I thought it would be, but I loved the ending.

My mind is blown. What did I read? RTC

Edit: this is not a typical thriller which I originally thought it would be- go into it with an open mind, but I can’t say much else. It’s more of a twisty unique slower burn mystery… just trust me.

I love books like this more than I can say. I was really sad at parts of it because Harriet was so lonely and I felt that. Yet, I think that also says something about the author's ability to tell such a great story and express strong feelings at the same time.

I don’t think I have this book a fair shake but I felt like the author was withholding too much info from us, and I had a suspicion of the type of twist that was coming but almost dreaded its revelation, if that makes sense.

The ending is what gave this book a push to 3 stars. The lead up to the big surprise was too slow.

This was a pretty interesting read; I think it would make for a satisfying movie. The linchpin of the whole "mystery" was pretty obvious to me, which detracted quite a lot from any suspense, but there were still some satisfying details.
