Highly recommend this for anyone and everyone because like it or not, we're all people pleasers one way or another (that includes the Resistor type, meaning you resist all overt forms of people pleasing). This has made me rethink how to voice my opinions, ask for things or, you know, just laying out my boundaries in a way that's healthy, direct and clear.
