This was fine, but I was definitely glad, at the end of this short story, that I hadn't bought the full collection. This one wasn't for me. I'm not interested in BBW heroines who second guess their ability to be loved, wanted, desired, and sexual. Also, neither MC was very relatable. I feel like the author was going for a Beauty and the Beast type thing, but it didn't work for me.

This was free on Amazon so I'm not out of any money but even then I'd only pick it up if your bored and nothing else in your "to be read" pile.
Chubby girl (not hating, just stating) gets a temp job and within an hour or so gets picked up by a billionaire. He pleasures her a few times in the book and buys her fancy things and gives her a well paid job but dosnt take anything ANYTHING not even intellectual stimulation! Totally unrealistic and takes away from whatever this story might have been trying for...
With all that I didnt hate it... it was just... meh... ok.

Another serial novel, with a snappy billionaire who sees a waitress at a party who attracts hm.

Xander is intriguing, and as the story goes, we learn he is a widower with a nasty, snooty mother. Ashley is innocent, sweet, and they start to fall for each other.

Xander tells Ashley he can't be hurst like he was when he lost his wife, so he has to break up with her. She gets no say, and that's the end of book #1.

Kind of abrupt and ridiculous, because there's no good reason they shouldn't be together.

I was not wowed by this book but I did like it. It was cute, fast, and who does not love a old rich man who falls in love with the poor girl. I thought it was cute but I am one of those people who hate when the author writes a little bit of the book and then makes you purchase the next few chapters and then you end up paying $10 for a book that would have sold better if it was all together and cost $4.99 or something like that.

I wish I could give this no stars. I can't tell if it was just a half-assed attempt at copying E.L. James or what. Thanking the author for making a feeble attempt at not making it so incredibly sex centered. And no rape! A win.

Yet another book I really wish was longer. Xander is a complex character and one that I would have loved to get to k ow (so to speak) a lot better in this book.

Short

Story line was quick and jumbled. Lack of detail. No build up and main character was not developed nor was she likable.

Everything was rushed, nothing was believable, and it came off as some sort of cheap 50 Shades ripoff. I really thought the writing was pretty terrible as well. Stupid free Kindle books always let me down!

Really liked the storyline of her being a larger woman. He is a billionaire that likes her just the way she is. It was a free book and it drew me in. The ending just crept up on me and it was over before I realized it. Guess I'll be buying the rest of them because I need to know what's going to happen next!
