Best of the Bane Chronicles so far! I came to admire Raphael's strength and determination in this story changing my perception of Raphael completely. Cassie and Sarah made perfect references to TMI with Magnus' cat birthday parties and the cross scar on Raphael etc. I also couldn't help but compare Raphael's situation with Simon's and his mother. TMI will be particularly interesting to read knowing what I know now about Raphael and making links to his past. I'm also shipping Raphael and Ragner majorly right now...
Raphael and Magnus have a tumultuous relationship and this story really covers how undeniably funny Raphael is. While this book definitely is sad at the beginning it evens out when Raphael meets Ragnor Fell and just… it’s bloody funny.
Another strong installment! I'm fascinated to see what Raphael will do in the next tmi book, and of course, we had another reference about Magnus's father dropped on us, which is always intriguing.
Si a mi de por sí me gustaba Raphael Santiago, con este relato me he terminado de enamorar. Me encanta, su carácter, su forma de ser, tan pequeño y tan grande a la vez; me encantó la historia, conocer más de él y de su pasado. De Magnus y su relación con él y... y la química increíble que hay entre Ragnor y Raphael! Jaja, me encantan esos dos por separado, juntos son mi perdición.
