If you saw me driving around weeping, first of all, no you didn't. Second, it was because of this book! It was a quick read but it punched me right in the feels. Do not read if you're missing your mom! It was a beautiful book and really spoke to how tough it can be to be a teen relating to your mom, as well as the dynamic between a single mom and her daughter. I loved it.
LOVED THIS BOOK ! this is the first book that made me cry ! i can kind of relate to this story <3 great read .
Mana desmitgadīgā māsīca šo bija atstiepusi no skolas bibliotēkas, vēl ar nopūtu, ka skolā viņai nav iedots ČIKS. Šo viņa bija izvēlējusies, jo tur neesot daudz teksta. Tas jauniešiem šajā vecumā ir svarīgi. Viņai grāmata patika. Pirms mēneša zaudējām Vecmāmiņu, miermīlīgā veidā gan, bet sajūtas līdzīgas. Zaudējuma tukšums un pēdējo vārdu pārdomas.
Man jāpiekrīt, teksta tiešām nav daudz. Bet satura arī.

A novel told in notes between a mother and daughter with astonishing depth. See my full review at:
