Normal rules don’t apply was a collection of interwoven short stories that earned each of their own place in my heart. The book is laden in Easter eggs and new additions that truly keep you wondering who is telling the truth. Or if anyone is telling the truth at all.

Without any spoilers, these things are not mentioned in EVERY short story, but in three of them they are mentioned explicitly, and without putting warnings for readers sensitive to these triggers would be an unfair review. The majority of stories overall are brief in their communications of these warnings listed.
