What a good book. It’s similar to the first one of the series, that both the MCs have a lot of trauma. It’s so deep, though. These are two characters I feel for on such a deep level and I loved them together. Not to mention the dirty talk!!

Opposites Attract, Grumpy/Sunshine, 3 1/2 🔥

“Getting close to another person was suicide, as far as he was concerned. People eventually walked away, although he wasn’t sure if that was a universal rule, or one that pertained only to him.”

This book was very good. I love Grace and Aaron together. The "forbidden love" aspect linked very well with their instant love connection. I love how confident and resolute Grace is in working towards and doing what she thinks is right. I also loved to see Aaron blossom throughout the book and turn into a more well rounded character than we saw in the first book.
