I should’ve dnf-ed, but I’ve read other books by this author and loved them. This one just didn’t work for me - specifically their dialogue. I wasn’t also sure why these two hated each other or why they were so wildly immature. I definitely wished I had liked it more.

I wanted to like this book…. But I can’t. DNF 58%. I love a good E2L and I love good banter but this book just seemed to lack so many things. I wish I could have said there was enough good to keep me going but honestly it got to be so boring. Sebastian could have kept me going but Sara really just didn’t speak to me. And the spice…

So not....he is so not the Worst anything!
I will admit I'm partial to grumpy, word minimalists with alpha tendencies and a desire to please women. I mean, who wouldn't want a man who love oral like his next breathe... His needs aside (pick me, Stremmel!) Stremmel is an impressive catch. Not his Md. Not his looks. The caring, secretly protective man he hides behind his scowls and grumpiness.
Sara is lucky and now she knows it. The Worst Guy is hard on the heart because Canterbary draws out our agony. But don't fret too hard, you'll end it with a huge smile anyway!

DNF at 10% because I couldn’t take the overly verbose writing anymore. This is the writing of someone who’s outgrown their rambling “woman in the city” blog and is lacking a good editor.
