I actually hugged this book when I finished lol. Like a broken record I again say this author, this cast of characters, these stories, this series is amazing. Penny crafts a perfect balance of depth and touches lightheartedness and compassion and brutality. Always a very human story.

I enjoyed this book but also the mystery was super precarious and it was pretty fatphobic and there was what felt like some light racism and I didn't like any of the characters for some reason.
