Riordan, you did it again! (Don't know if I've already said that in a different review, but who cares, these books are always awesome!) I love the new characters and awesome story!

First of all, LEO. Leo is so adorable and funny and I feel so bad for him. I just wanna hug him. He'd be great friends with Keefe from Keeper pf the Lost Cities.

AND FESTUS. I loved Festus so much and I was really upset when he died. But hopefully Happy the dragon (I just thought of Happy from Iron Man, yeah, I'm a fangirl) will be used on their battle ship thing.

Overall, it's awesome and I DEFINITELY recommend it. The story is great, but I am gonna say, the writing is...it could be better. PLEASE DON'T HURT ME FANDOM. I'll go hide now. *runs off*

OMG LOVED THIS BOOK. The new characters were amazing, and often with these books, you can figure out the plot very easily. But not with this one! Of course, it's only a set up for a lot of questions that will be answered during the rest of the series, but I had some moment where I went like 'oh wow no way' and that's what makes a book stick. So defo at least a 4.5/5.
