I read this as a mix of e-book and a little audiobook. It was fine, a few times I was like 'oh my gosh, get over it and move on with the story'. For Sadie being her bff, she's barely mentioned! I didn't read the first book in this series, but I did not feel like I missed anything. I would not recommend it, there are better books, don't waste your time with this one.

Love Tucker

I liked Tucker’s character in the first book, even though I knew he wasn’t right for Sadie. Emma & Tucker make perfect sense and I love them! Looking forward to Racer’s story bc that goofball is awesome.

I loved this book! It had everything! Emotional kicks to your heart, frustration with the characters, pity, lust, whispers of encouragement. It was everything you could experience with a single person in a lifetime. No one is always happy, we all stumble, and sometimes the bad, no matter what it is, leads to something great. Sometimes you need to grow, heal, accept, and move on. I loved Emma and her kind giving heart and Tucker and his broken heart in need of healing. They really combine to make one another better and stronger. Their love story was not all easy and sweet, sometimes it was hard and seemed impossible. I liked the realism. And of course the super happy ending.

This was fine. The main female character was quite immature and made me cringe more times that what I would have liked.

I think the audio made me dislike it more than what I should have unfortunately.

Another success by Meghan! Expect a steamy slow burn with some fire (finally!). Touches lightly on miscarriage. And, ladies, prepare to drool and swoon over Tucker <3 Recommended read.
