I'm still left a bit confused. Honestly, this book is really easy to read. The way Robert writes is very engaging as well. But the concept is a bit different than I imagine. I thought the bulk of the novel would be technical ways or business models to build on, but it only talks about one.
Network Marketing is indeed interesting, but I still don't quite understand it. I understand its core values and how they generally work. But I still don't really understand it as a business concept. Does that make sense? It's like the way Robert talks about network marketing is very repetitive but there's no pinpoint way to actually describe it. Is it some sort of franchise? Is it a form of business?
I'm still unclear. Furthermore, the book constantly repeats ideas, which is good. But sometimes it gets a little too repetitive.
There are definitely important takeaways that I'll keep with me. But I guess to say, it's very unpractical. If you want to learn about the mindset of business, then this would be great. Or maybe I'm currently reading a book that I think has more to say about technical skills.
Overall, I would definitely read more books by Robert Kiyosaki.

I don't normally write reviews, but I figured this needed to come with a warning.
To put it bluntly, this reads like a persuasive essay written by your typical third grader. It's rife with contradictions, crazy leaps in logic, unnecessary name-dropping, and lots of obvious points glaringly missing because it would destroy his argument. He appeals to the emotions of the reader (which, in my opinion, is not the way you should be thinking about your finances).
As someone who even minored in finances, warning bells were clanging loudly in my head all throughout this book. One thing he tries to push is that you're foolish if you think the security of a regular paycheck and benefits has any value compared to the possibility of financial freedom and not having to answer to anyone -- to the point that it's preferable to be homeless than to work a regular job.
No. Just. No.
As mother of a 6 month old, security is one of the biggest thing I want for my child.
Rant over.

I feel like the author was trying to capture more of a mindset of how to do a certain type of business but refused to really get do the hard work of really getting to meaty details or examples in the type of business he works to get readers excited about. It's a good primer if you're looking to get into network marketing, but I think there are a lot of books with similar ideas that could offer a lot more substance.
It's a quick read and good for getting you excited about the possibilities in network marketing, but it also doesn't offer enough depth to really help you start of progress in network marketing with more than a few guidelines. I feel the more general business advice about types of income was more helpful and is probably explored better in Kiyosaki's other books.

A mediocre read explaining how network marketing works and how it could work for you. Though the concepts talked about in the book are sound, the book hasn't aged well in the context that many of the people mentioned in the book have gone on to notoriety.
Still if you want to build an Asset based income, this book can certainly give you some pointers of how to achieve it.

Not too much substance, or caveats, but a sufficient endorsement of the business model.
if you've read 'rich dad, poor dad' i'd say this brings nothing new to the table unless you're interested in "network marketing" which i am not

I’m not quite sure what I think about this book. It’s so poorly written, so repetitive and it also uses the phrase “my Friend Donald Trump” way too often... But at the same time... it certainly contains something of value. I think it gave me a new perspective. A good perspective.
An important but annoying read, this is how I can sum it up.
