I loved it. I was screaming, crying, throwing up even halfway through it BUT I cannot say that I like how Julius Scaeva was killed. His dead deserved to be rational. He needed to be sane and it needed to be cruel and beautiful (…”to murder as maestros are to music…”) A couple of things didn’t satisfy me completely if I think about it rationally but again, I was screaming, crying and throwing up so I wasn’t really thinking about it.

I’m gonna say my favorite things were definitely the relationship between the Corvere sibilings and without a shadow of a doubt, Mia Corvere herself. She got under my skin and I am gonna remember her and think about her. I love her.

DNF

I lost interest honestly. I realized I couldn’t sit through this anymore. It has such a strong beginning despite the objectifying, the micro racism and so on. I was "willing" to overlook them and was curious enough to find out how it ends but he lost the original plot and the characters were overbearing. Mia is a narcissist and a selfish bitch. Ash is obsessive and there is no redeemable qualities about her. Tric was really the only one valid enough but since he's black so you already know he got shitted on. Kristoff is a self-aggrandizing white man. Anyways, this was like witnessing someone sucking their own dick.

And who writes about female character but there's nothing feminine about her? it goes to show that men shouldn't write about female characters unless they went to school for feminine studies or something along the lines. or learned to think/write with their brains instead of their dicks.

Not perfect, but still beautiful.
I'll be the first to be shocked by this statement but, this series had too much sex scenes, more than necessary to be honest xD and sometimes the humor was a little too much, but the story itself was great!
