The final book of the Nevernight chronicles trilogy.
First of all, this is not a YA book. It is more NA even though the MC is young.
Jay Kristoff gained a fan. This book brings everything to closure without a fairy tale happy ending. It is real, bloody, sarcastic, real and the sassiness and banter is amazing.
Cant wait to read more books by him

I again am left with many feelings. I could not put this down unless I literally had to to sleep and work. It ended up all coming together so seamlessly. I loved the character development, the world building, the magic system, the combat description, the plot. I have nothing but good words to say about this book (minus how dirty he did my man Tric....). It especially blew my mind when they started finding the chronicles. The commentary made me giggle. I also really enjoyed a lot of the footnotes in this book. Usually I just skim footnotes, but I really enjoyed reading the ones Kristoff put in these books. They added another layer of sarcasm and storytelling. I got to the end of the book and I was so engrossed in the world that I felt like I was there and I hated having to leave it (despite how horrible and disgusting it could be). I had a lot of fun running through Godsgrave, the Quiet Mountain, etc. I also had a really good time following alongside Mia and her friends adventure. (Mister Kindly being one of my favorites in this tale, I am glad he came back).
