LOVED this book. I typically don’t like 3rd person point of view but Lynn Painters writing makes it work. The dialogue between these characters was hilarious and so effortless.
I thoroughly enjoy Lynn Painter's writing style. I love how she incorporates quirky characters and make them oh so loveable. This book fell flat for me with Jack. I found him to be manipulative and quite a baby when he didn't get what he wanted. Instead of using his words, he basically sabotaged his best friend and love interest. It was skimmed over as such a little thing, but to me, there should have been more repercussions. I think there was a way to tell this story and have the main characters act like adults.

i loved the beginning but since they went to the wedding it was lowkey shit (sorry), everything felt forced and not a bit realistic
Adorable book
Both characters were so loveable. I read this in one sitting, it was an incredible romance. Although I do enjoy fake dating scenarios

I kicked my feet at parts, I laughed, and I felt like it was cute. Some of the denying feelings, thinking the other person felt differently, and then the third act break up knocked it down a little for me Overall a fun read!
