Thank you netgalley and publisher for the opportunity to read and review this arc honestly.

Modglin is quickly becoming a favorite author. I enjoyed this story, the characters, the pace, and how the book wraps up. Overall this is a very quick paced, easy and quick read as well. I ended up staying up late to finish the book on a work night, that’s how invested I became. Well done!

Kiersten Modglin does it again…. Another 5 Star Rating! I absolutely loved this book! Finished in one sitting!!!!

Thank you Netgalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

The plot was promising with a wife (Edith) finding pictures of another woman on her husband's phone. It's not the first time this situation has happened, but it is the first time Edith will do something about it and not fall for her husband's lies. I enjoyed the premise of the storyline but felt like I wanted the book to end... There just wasn't enough action for me and not enough twists and turns. Edith created a plan to meet the other woman but did not have a guideline of how she was going to approach her. There were some situations in the book where I was like what the heck how are you married to someone like that and
Spoiler not live with them??? The husband was caring for his parents a few days of the week and only staying with his wife for a few other days of the week
Edith was an okay character and the ending made the entire book! The narration was just one voice and she did a good job at bringing the text to life. I found it easy to differentiate between the characters and the pacing of the storyline overall was a bit slow.

If you're looking for a quick thriller, this is the one. However, I found it a slow burn at first and was waiting for something exciting to happen throughout the novel.

You never know what you’re going to get with Kiersten Modglin. This time I got a quick and easy read, even a bit funny sometimes. It’s not very deep or dark so it’s perfect for a rainy afternoon or a lazy day on the porch!

Listened to this on the way to Sherman for work. Glad I finished it in one go, I don’t think I would be super interested to go back and finish the book. It was good in the moment though. I definitely was surprised about the twist. I was thinking something along the lines of what happened but not exactly. Interesting read!
mysterious slow-paced

This was a great ride with some unexpected twists I did not see coming. It’s a story that gives you the idea of what might be coming next but not the way you think. One woman who is scorned is never good, but see what happens when you scorn 2!

Quick read, let me think about that ending!

Oh wow, that was quick, I finished it in almost one sitting. This is my third book by KM, and I'm guessing this is her style; fast-paced, popcorn domestic suspense with a twist or two.

Set in smalltown Dale, Georgia, Edith's husband Joe is about to get busted. He's a talented liar or cheater or both? Edith delves into his personal things to find answers. She trails him at night for clues to his whereabouts.

The author made me self-doubt the whole situation when at times I feel Edith's perspective is unreliable. I couldn't pinpoint why. I had fun listening to this audiobook, but I think the ending was a little OTT. Others do like the twist so I feel I'm a bit of an outlier on this.

Nice audio narration with a little accent by Devon Sorvari. The print edition is available on Kindle Unlimited. The audiobook will be out on May 10th, 2022.

Thank you Dreamscape Media and NG for this DRC.

Yeah right.

Kiersten Modglin delivers another twisty thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen next. Edith’s husband Joe has cheated on her before, so when she finds pictures of another woman on his phone, she is shocked. He promised he would never cheat on her again and denies that the pictures are his. His friend had to have put them on his phone! What?! Edith is on a vendetta to find out what her husband is really up to. She doesn’t believe his lies anymore. Edith’s quest to find the truth had me turning up the speed on the audiobook to listen faster. What Edith’s husband is truly up to and how the book ends is truly shocking. I highly recommend Tell Me the Truth! I can’t wait to read more by Kiersten Modglin!
