This was a crazy story and had a great twist (like they all do of course) All the characters played their rolls perfectly— desperate, b*tchy, liars…. Great for a thriller !!! Dan was my favorite character !!! I loved his personality and his friendship with Edith was golden !!

Holy goodness, I LOVED this one! I really found myself loving Edith and pulling hard for her!
I literally don’t know how #KMOD keeps whipping up these intense, sit at the edge of your seat thrillers so quick but I’m HERE FOR IT!

It's not hard to understand why this author is going viral on TikTok-the suspense, shock, and relatable content of her books is just incredible.
The title of this book fits the plot so well, and I was so impressed by the execution and the way all the storylines blended at the end.
This was a perfectly fast-paced, domestic thriller. I was hooked from chapter one; I could not put it down. I read it within a few days as the twists kept me turning the pages and reading into the night.

The novel comes out on March 1st, so make sure you grab it as soon as you can!

The other night I was in the mood for a super fast paced and twisty thriller and when I was browsing my shelves I remembered that this book had landed on my Kindle and I knew it would be exactly what I was in the mood for. I was right, I devoured this in just a few hours because I couldn’t put it down. It was full of the authors signature twists and turns, it took a well known trope of a cheating spouse but she put her own unique spin on it and if you’ve read a KMod book before you know that means things were unexpected. The ending was tense, satisfying and thrilling all at once, just overall a solid thriller read. The less you know the better here so just take my advice and add this one to your TBR for the day you’re in the mood for a binge read.

I devoured this book in less than 6 hours. It was so well written and I did not expect the ending! KMod is well known for her plot twists so I didn't even try to guess where it was going to go!
I really liked the MC Edith, and I loved her best friend, Dan! He was perfect - everyone needs a best friend like him!!
As for Edith's husband, Joe, I couldn't stand him!!
Read this book if you love Gaslighter by The Chicks because it would definitely be the theme song if this book had one!
