Jen and Luc’s HEA

Jen has the Irish blood running thru her but the Sicilian as her love. It’s definitely a wonderful story that shows that you can have the best of both worlds. There are more characters seen in these books that’ll be seen in others. It’s great to see a different side of Luc and Jen when they’re together. I love this book.

There was a lot to unpack from this second part of the duet!! Lots of storylines I see in the future for books! Lots of questions from me though!! I still love Luciu. Fi grew on me a little more too! She’s different than I was thinking she’d be. She had more emotion than you would have expected for someone of her background. I pictured her more hardened but she was softer and kinder than I thought. She was great! Luciu is crazy about her. I feel a little unfinished with them though. I feel like there’s more that we needed to know! Luciu is like the perfect partner. Seriously. Soooo attractive. So possessive. The perfect Don. I can’t wait to read more about The Valentini’s! Sicilians never sounded soooo soooo good.

Oh my lord this book❤❤ loved every single thing about it. Once again we're taken about to Fi and Luciu. I just can't get enough of these 2. If you've read the 1st book The Don you know how naughty and dangerous Luciu is when it comes to his queen. Well get ready, because things are about to get stirred up. You need this book in your life, but you can't read it without the 1st book. Love love me some Fi and her snarky self.

I think Luciu is my new book boyfriend ❤
Luc goes above and beyond in making Jen feel loved and adored with his words, his actions, and most of all his attention to detail.
Jen ebbs and flows in her feelings for Luciu, afraid to trust men and sadly compounded by her upbringing.
Serena Akeroyd has written a story with so much emotion and passion that it dripped off the pages, making me yearn to find a man like that and dream of a love so encompassing.
This duet was sensational from book one, page one until The End in book two.
6 beautiful stars

Going into this book I had so many questions after the ending of the Don. Everyone of those questions were answered in this book and more.
One of the things I loved about The Lady was seeing Fi ( Jen) grow or come into herself. To watch her really take on the role of The Lady.
Throughout the book we learn so much more about not only Jen, but also Luciu and his family. The big surprise is who the 'wife' was and the reasoning behind the arrest. I'm not going to give anything away here because it is vital to the story.
I will say that so much was happening in the book that everytime I went to put it down I just couldn't. I actually read it in one day and plan to do a re-read of both books together soon. This author is amazing in how she managed to write in other characters from four other book's and weaved them into the storyline seamlessly, it just made sense to have them there.
I absolutely loved this book and highly recommend you read it along with The Don.

The Audible Review:
All of the above plus...
CJ Bloom as Jen was perfection and Joe Arden as Luciu just added to the amazing story Serena Akeroyd wrote. their voices lent the emotion, feels and passion to the story. I absolutely loved the combination of these two bringing the narrative to life

Book 2 starts right where book 1, "The Don" ended. The twists and turns of the plot are still happening and things definitely get stirred up. What I really loved about this duet was from the very beginning Lucia knew that he and Jen belonged together, there was no hesitant and most importantly no miscommunication that kept them apart. I really enjoyed Jen's honesty about who she is and what her strengths and weaknesses are - and Lucia is a great balance to all of them.

This series was a fun, pleasurable read. I am really looking forward to staying in this world and reading about the secondary characters.

I received an ARC from Social Butterfly PR in exchange for an honest review

This book picks up from the first. Which is why you have to read this duet in order by starting with The Don.

In this book, the main focus is more on Jen. Which I loved, as it allowed her to really shine and show just how far she has come from the innocent woman she was to the boss lady that she has become. As I grew to love Luc and Jen from the first book, I was able to really sink my teeth into this book. Therefore, I absolutely loved this book.

There is still a bloody trail that follows Luc and Jen. Yet together these two can defeat anyone. Again, there is a cliffhanger but don't worry as the next set of duets will be coming soon. Now, that I am hooked, I can't wait to read more about Hunter.

We pick up right where book one leaves off. Luc and Jen are perfect for one another. He is the Don and is just as dark and twisted as he was in the first book. I love how he loves Jen with all the fierceness of a lion. He has no problem doing what is necessary to make sure she is safe. Jen is the perfect queen. She knows her faults and she owns who she is. She does not let anyone deter her from what she knows is hers. My issue with this book is everything was going great than at 75% everything gets rushed to get us to the ending..... Don't get me wrong it is a good book, but the feel of the last 25% to make sure there are no questions left unanswered between these two fell short for me. However, the author does a great job at dropping hints to future books..

these might be the more tamed books out of this crossover series, who would've thought; given valentini's reputation i was expecting carnage, but now i understand why he was dubbed after the cheshire cat and not the joker. the addams' family references filled a place in my soul i didn't know was missing, given that morticia and gomez are my couple goals i ate it up. and i love that there was no third act breakup in neither books, I wouldn't have make sense for them (eoghan and inessa are still my favorite, though). i will say that if the next valentini installment isn't about aurora i might riot.
