I really enjoyed this book! It touches on diverse topics surrounding feminism and different kinds of feminism. It pleads us to work together and to organise in solidarity. I think it is a good start for people trying to breach out of their comfort zone!

Absolutely highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn about contemporary, actual feminist issues in an engaging and very accessible manner. This book covers a broad range of topics (art as a tool for politics, women of colour, sex work, borders and the prison complex - just to name a few), but not losing or watering down any of the radical essence of this social justice movement; neither its hope or urgency. A really wonderful introduction to feminist issues, every chapter also ends with a list of references, for anyone wishing to pursue any of the topics further.

Feminism has the potential to transform the way we live, but first it must be untied from the neo-liberalism that blunts our imaginative faculties.

A good introduction to radical feminism, especially for people who are less informed about theories of intersectionnality and abolitionist theories.

This book was well written and diverse in its discussion which are all very relevant. In particular, I found the later chapters very interesting and inspiring reflection. My only real issue was that at times it sacrificed making few comprehensive, well rounded and straight forward arguments for issues in favour of trying to provide every reason. I think it could have benefited from fewer stronger arguments to improve its clarity.
