Painfully eye opening, made me realize I didn’t know nearly as much about Indigenous history as I thought I did. Concepts like “covenant thinking” and drawing the line between US genocide of indigenous people and current global imperialism were explained very well. A bit dry at parts, but it’s an ~11 hour long nonfiction audiobook so that’s kind of inevitable

Amazing book. So informative. There was so much information in here I had never learned. I would recommend this book to every American as a must read.
