I really needed to read something that was quick and smutty, honestly I was probably on a reading slump since I was trying to read so much the week before. Regardless, this was a nice novella to read, especially for the holidays. The overall plot was really good and I loved the everyone was sex positive from beginning to end.
Although this is an insta love, I really enjoyed the relationship between Griffin and Cynthia since it seemed like they were there for each other about overcoming their insecurities. Although, we don't get a lot of information about their background, I think that the way the story was being told was enough for us to know why Griffin didn't want to go back to town. As well for Cynthia, we're told her own problems that makes the story more than just an insta love that has pure smut. There's obviously not enough for us to fall in love with these characters but it was enough to enjoy them and their story.
Overall, I think that this was a good interesting read that I highly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you want something short, smutty, and cute. Especially if you're in a reading slump, I think it helps to get out of it and it was truly enjoyable.

What the fuck did I just read? This was absolutely awful. The two main characters both seem to have split personalities that switch out at random. I get that that's not the main focus of the book, but damn, this sucked
