The writing threw me off, one second you're in the story, and the next there are  sentences that read as if they belong in a poetry book. Not to mention there were scenes that I was pulled out of because there was no background movement...if that make sense. Also tje build up to her realizing she was bitten by a werewolf, and her mc telling the audience  what to think.

Book Review…Such Sharp Teeth by Rachel Harrison

Rory Morris isn't thrilled to be moving back to her hometown, there are bad memories there. But her twin sister, Scarlett, is pregnant, estranged from the baby's father, and needs support. After a night out at a bar where she runs into an old flame, she hits a large animal with her car. And when she gets out to investigate, she's attacked. Rory survives, but life begins to look and feel different. She's unnaturally strong, with an aversion to silver and suddenly the moon has her in its thrall. But does that mean she's putting those close to her in danger or is embracing the wildness inside of her the key to acceptance?

A quick, fun, weird and disturbing story that would be great for the fall season! Rory has such a dark sense of humor but it fits perfectly to the book! She was a great character! You never knew what she was going to do next or who she was going to piss off! There's a little bit of romance which was ok. I do wish there was a little more to it but everything else about the book was good! Overall it's a fun and quick paranormal romance read with some mystery and plenty of humor! Thank you Let's Talk Books, Berkley Books and Rachel Harrison for sharing this book with me!

An entertaining read but has my least favorite messaging in all media - Anger Is Toxic (we know, but sometimes it’s fun! Sometimes you shouldn’t forgive people who hurt you!!)
