The spice is out of this world & it's so cool to see people really embracing their sexuality! The side characters are fun and you will fall in love with Marlowe, Tabby and Brendan! I cannot recommend this enough!!!

If you've read Audacity, the first book in the Seraph series, then you've already been introduced to fmc Marlowe and mmc Brendan.
Marlowe is a single mother to an eight year old girl, Tabby. Tabby has a congenital heart defect called Tetralogy of Fallot, requiring a surgery in the U.S. This was mentioned in Audacity, as Tabby is Athena's god daughter. Marlowe, who struggles to make ends meet on a good day, refuses Athena's offer to pay for the surgery. Instead, she has Athena refer her to Seraph, so she can work as a full service Executive Assistant.
Athena of course, in her best effort to protect her friend, gets her paired with Brendan Sullivan. Gabriel's brother. She remembered the way Brendan looked at Marlowe when he met her. I will say I liked Athena a lot in this book, more so than in her own.
At first glance, Brendan seems very entitled and not the most likeable character. He grew on me quickly though and after a few speed bumps, I absolutely loved him with Marlowe.
I loved this book as its not just spice (though there is PLENTY) but lots of emotion as well as an engaging story with loveable characters.
