An incredible story, the mythology is solid and engrossing, keeps you entertained throughout the entire tale. This is the kind of folklore you imagine is told over generations. I loved the strength and layered character of Cassiopeia, and the time period of the 1920s tinged with old gods and magic is just *chefs kiss*

This was a really interesting retelling of a couple different Mayan mythology tales. SMG did a brilliant job of creating the atmosphere and giving us the differing viewpoints. It is also a an interesting examination of post revolution / early jazz age Mexico. Strongly reccomend
