I fear I wanted so much more from this story.... I kept forgetting it was Jazz Age because it didn't feel like it, but there were reminders in the text instead of in the vibe

Kind of slow for an adventure novel, was kind of boring at several points, but the ending made up for it. I didn't feel a strong connection to any of the characters (not sure if it's because of the writing style or because I just personally couldn't really get into it), but it was still a fun read.
