What a tragic story! But such honest and brave self reflection and vulnerability. Even if Britney’s experience is quite specific in its extremity, I felt her story reflects on our broader culture and how badly women are treated. I appreciated her thoughts on womanhood and motherhood, and her sense of humor.
My heart goes out to her, I truly didn’t understand the extent of the abuse through her conservatorship but it was SO elementary and poorly written
