This is the darkest book in the trilogy and definitely not for the faint hearted. Please go through the trigger warnings before you attempt some pretty brutal themes. But if you can stomach them, you shall be rewarded by beautiful damaged characters doing their best to survive, going to therapy (eventually) and making something of themselves. The Foxes are the best found family and Wymack and Abby are the true MVP's of this story

I couldn't put it down

strength is really in the characters, it’s not a work of literature but the characters are really well developed in my opinion.
also the juxtaposition of neil being this hardened runaway mafia kid and then him being like “ARE we friends?” and all the romantic subtext going over his head,,,, i just think he’s neat, peak ace experience right there

THIS BOOK 😳😳🤯🤯🤯
I… I can’t wait to start the next one, that’s for sure.
Look up the trigger warnings before hand, this book goes a bit (a lot) harder than the first one, so Dx
I don’t really know what to say, the story is insane, the characters go through a lot more this book than the first one. And we get to meet them a bit more. Insights on the lives of all characters, specially Kevin and Andrew’s, get the reader through the plot and make the twists make sense and be predicted just in time with Neil 🥺
Neil, poor Neil, boy needs a hug :((((

Most of the characters are terrible people, but lovable in their own way.

PLEASE READ TRIGGER WARNINGS BEFORE READING!
