I’m so hyped up for this team!!! These games were so intense!

This volume was confusing about halfway through because of a reprinting thing, but it sorted itself out. So excited for the next one!

This is easily the fucking funniest volume yet! Team Karasuno is so fucking dysfunctional, yet adorable it's hard not to smile!

Their battle with Date Tech is a lot more interesting than I thought it would be, purely because Date Tech focuses on blocking (which doesn't seem too exciting). However, just like many other aspects of this series, Furudate manages to highlight this strategy, make is understandable to noobs like me, and interesting all at once. I never thought I would get this invested in volleyball manga, but damn I'm loving this!

That's all I've got, onto volume 6!

4.5 stars. Some great moments here, diminished only by the fact that they were brought to life so brilliantly by the anime.
