The first story seems super cool and if the length was doubled maybe it could have been. The second story had me going for a while, and the set up of the third was very bare bones fiction that I love.
In theory, super cool and fun. In actuality, not my favorite. Desperately wanted the third story to also have a crucifixion reference but you can’t always get what you want!

Was really disappointed with this. I've heard nothing but how horrible and disturbing it is, so going in to it I definitely had high expectations... but was severely let down. Maybe his other books will be better.

If I had the chance, I would have finished this in one sitting. Absolutely disgusting. Nauseating, in fact. Things Have Gotten Worse Since we Last Spoke is… gross. A major content warning for animal cruelty…
This book has stuck with me unfortunately. I’ve been having to tell everyone I come into contact with about it. Disgusting. I would read again, I think. Would not watch the screen adaptation if it existed.
