I had a feeling that Nash would be my favorite RoD guy from the beginning. And my assumptions were so insanely true! Nash Heart is hands down my favorite. Then Beefcake?? Beefcake wins everything!!
I absolutely loved Beating Heart. I devoured this in a day (probably would’ve finished it sooner if I didn’t have a job). This small town neighbors to lovers was beautiful.
As always I giggled over the boys text thread. And I always will. I absolutely love the RoD boys and I love Beefcake too. I’m so thankful that we got to see more of our favorite six year old (I’m not lying I had been counting down the days to this one) and I loved every smooth and sarcastic remark he made

I may not have read any other in the series before this one but I will be now! It is not required for previous books in this series to be read first, I didn’t feel like I was missing anything major by starting with this one.
I really enjoyed this small town romance and was pleased to experience the single dad route who certainly was the grumpy in the first meeting but these two main characters have their own paths that don’t necessarily lead to one future path and how they navigate their relationship and future is spicy, fun and so enjoyable
