I liked this, but at times I was pretty frustrated with Jacob and Lily. The story was really good, and I ended up really enjoying it. I'm looking forward to the next book.

This was an enjoyable read. The story is centered around Jacob and Lillian, who are in love with each other. Their love story may not be the most romantic story ever, but it was relatable. It showed that in every relationship, there are moments were other circumstances break people apart. However, it is in order for them to grow.

Lillian "Lily" Ryder is Lucas's baby sister. She is not perfect, but she does love people with all her heart. She is smart, sassy, and not afraid of fighting back. She has been in love Jacob since she was ten years old. She is a talented singer and lives in Nashville, while working as the musical entertainment for a bar.

Jacob Foster is Lucas's best friend, one of them. He has been in love with Lily since he could remember. However, he felt like it was wrong because there was a 7 year age difference between them. He gets back together with her, and he is a lawyer. He really stepped up in this book, I didn't like him that much in the first.

My favourite part was the ending chapters. I am happy this book has a HEA. This book was fun, and entertaining. The boys are funny. Lily is amazing. However, whenever Lucas and Alex were in the scenes, I thought that they stole the show for me. Overall, a great read.

Put on your comfy fuzzy pajamas, pour a glass of wine, and nestle into your comfy reading nook because once you start this you won't stop reading.

Ms. Robinson hit a home run with this one. Laugh out loud moments, heartbreak, and maybe a few ugly tears (moms giving advice on the needs off their child slays me every time).

Character development and Dialogue was incredible. Lily had sass and made me smile numerous times. And Jacob... What can I say about Jacob other than he is perfect. He's definitely in my too five book boyfriends now.

I look forward to my vacations from college so that I can finally read for fun again and I'm always hope that I can find a few good books that will touch my soul. This book exceeded my expectations. Do yourself a favor...BUY this book.

Kudos to the author for a job well done.

Actually started reading this book before Complicate Me and stopped because at 23/24 year old man was talking about sexual thoughts and actions with a 16 year old girl. That doesn't even fly with historicals. Those authors have the decency to mostly stick with 18 for the young ingenue. NOT OKAY. I had to stop reading.
