There were some laugh out loud funny parts, and that is always a plus, but those parts weren't enough to make this book light and fun like I was hoping. The subject matter was pretty dark, and besides that there just wasn't enough happening to keep me interested. It's possible that I've just read too many great epic fantasies (my favorite genre) to appreciate this at the moment, but I'm not sure if that's it. I'll continue to read Molly Harper's books, because she's a fun author, but this definitely wasn't her best.

My second Molly Harper series completed! I can't tell if this book or the second book was my favorite. I will say that I enjoyed the dynamic of these characters and the realistic portrayal of PTSD from recovering from an abusive relationship.
Spoiler Also seeing Andrea and Dick make a cameo at the end was A+ for me

I absolutely love Molly Harper's Naked Werewolf series, so when this next installment came out, I jumped at my chance to get it. This book had me hooked due to the other books in the series, but after reading the opening pages, this story hooked me in all on its own with explosions and quick getaways, oh my. :)

This book follows the pack's run away human doctor, and like Harper's other female characters, Anna is strong and has a sharp wit. There were a few times, I will admit, that I wanted to smack Anna. But these few incidences were not compelling enough to stop reading - never! I enjoy Harper's writing and storytelling. I enjoyed how things developed, but I was disappointed at how short the book was (compared to the other books in the series). In retrospect I guess there wasn't much further that the story could have gone.

Like the other books in this series, I will most definitely be reading this one again.

If you have been missing Maggie and the rest of the pack than look no further than How to Run with a Naked Werewolf. You will exciting adventures in the Alaska wild as Caleb hunts those with something to hide.

One of those people is Anna Moder. She is on the run from an abusive ex-husband. He wants her found and Caleb has found her. Caleb has found so much more.

Driving the roads of Alaska all for great discoveries and some not so great. The question in the end is will Caleb and Anna live to love.

good chemistry between the characters; nice universe tie-in with characters from other books, appreciated that the female main character wasn't dumb stubborn for the sake of the "strong woman" trope without actual character development

So, even though initially I was quite disappointed that we wouldn't be getting our familiar loved characters from the first two books for the majority of this plot, I got over it quickly because as usual the dialogue and the pacing got me hooked!

Picked up a used copy of this book on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Extremely funny and entertaining romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. I'll definitely be reading more books in this series.

I’m still relatively new to Molly Harper books and this is my first paranormal romance from her and I really enjoyed it. Even though I had not read the previous two books in the Naked Werewolf series I had no problem jumping right in with book number three, How to Run with a Naked Werewolf. Anna had some stability in her life but when danger from her past comes full steam she’s on the run to stay safe. After a night with one bad chance after another, she ends up patching up a gunshot wound for absent pack member, Caleb. He has no idea that she knows about his other nature but he does know he doesn’t want to let her out of her sight. Since Anna needs to get across Alaska and riding with Caleb is really her only chance to get to Anchorage, she slowly learns she has to start trusting him. As they two work their way across Alaska, stopping and picking up fugitives for Caleb’s semi-legal bounty hunting business, they slowly open up and reveal secrets that changes the chemistry of their relationship. I ended how Anna and Caleb slowly opened up to each other, I loved how they dealt with each other because they had some great dialogue, and they definitely had some smexy chemistry. I’m now really intrigued about how this series began and am interested in picking up books 1 and 2!
