I loved "the obstacle is the way* by Ryan Holiday and I expected a comparible experience with this book. It is... But it's just less of everything. Less inspiring, less enticing, less... good.
There's definitely some value in this work but some parts are boring and even just downright stupid.
Overall I got some value out of this book but I'll never pick it up again.

Shockingly I really loved this book. Maybe 2020 is the time for Stoicm?
Enjoyed how the author taught the action items for stillness bundled with real-life stories of famous people. A double treat.
