As usual with books with unlikeable characters I struggled to relate and invest in the narrative. But I really liked the narrative structure, this back and forth perspective kept me hooked.

What a bunch of overhyped nonsense. I don’t know if I was supposed to hate both of the characters from the beginning or not, but I did. Was rooting for both of their downfalls for the entire duration of this book, and the ending didn’t eat how it should have done to make up for the rest of it. Put me in a reading slump. Thank God it’s over

Really tough to review without spoiling, so all I will say is:
Dark and twisty (very dark) and I thought I knew what was coming (wrong).
It was every bit as good as I heard it was. Well done, Ms Flynn.
