WOW! I'm in love with Silvia Federici's work! I'm definitely going to pick up Caliban and her other works. This is a MUST READ for EVERYONE. If you want to learn about how capitalism and the patriarchy fundamentally changed our way of living and everything including our language- this is for you. I can only hope people read this book.

A fantastic update (but also in a way, summary of) Caliban and the Witch with an important emphasis on current witch-hunting issues facing African countries. A must-read for any feminist.

Tbh I know very little about witch-hunting even in Europe so I felt overwhelmed by the amount of numbers shown about Africa or other continents. I wouldn't recommend it as a starting book, but definitely lead to very interesting google searches and I learned a lot. It's just unbelievable how our society is built upon so much pain infricted to women...
