Re-read. This is the series that got me back into reading for fun after college...little did I know what an avalanche it would become.

I devoured these first time I read them and I still enjoyed the strong female protagonist this time around. I can't wait to continue.

i actually enjoyed this so much more than i expected, i really liked the characters and this world has a lot to mystery especially surrounding the magic so i can’t wait to read more of that!

a complaint i have has to be that the writing felt very 2012, especially because of the damn exclamation points, but it wasn't unbearable and i know it’ll get better.
