I didn’t really know what to expect going into this book but oh my gosh!! I loved it so much. I can’t believe that ending. Currently diving into book 2.

I don’t particularly love high school romance books. However this one was down well. The high school being set in a bad area and the tragic backstories of each of the characters made the gang aspect feel believable. Often times in high school/gang romances it’s hard for me to believe a character is in a drive by shooting the night before and home room the next day. This author created a story line that made that believable.
I think the first book was the best but overall a satisfying read and all the guys felt like their own. They all brought something different. The relationships were sometimes toxic but there was growth from all the characters.

LOVED it!! I really enjoyed the revenge aspect of this book...although I am dying for the 2nd book! I was hoping to have the next one ready to read - but where is it CM? Hoping it’s out super soon!!

Finished this book days ago and it's taken me that long to gather my thoughts, which are still scattered. I grew up in this book, and by that I mean, it's like the author took my teen years and made them into a book. Minus the tattoos, well for some of us. The characters are tried and true hoodrats. They had to grow up too early and be the adults. With that comes getting away with literal murder.
The characters are so real, and so dark, I loved every minute of it. I cannot wait for the next book because this bad boy ends on a cliffhanger.
