No doubt a fascinating, relevant, and important topic, however the writing was like a graduate-level textbook and it was impossible to finish.

Dense but well worth the read. Learned a ton about a subject that doesnt get much attention. Definitely recommend.

While I enjoyed this book, and felt like I did learn more about the topic of inequality in housing for black people, however, I felt it was too long and dense in parts.

What an excellent and exceptionally informative book about housing and racism and Black homeownership.

I’ve read a lot of books but this was the most in-depth one I’ve read. A must read.

Four stars because I thought it was slightly repetitive at parts, but this book should be read by everybody.

Others have left very good reviews so I’ll just had my voice to theirs.
